THS 324 eye safe rangefinder for Osiris fire control system
The TMS 324 rangefinder is an eye safe laser rangefinding transceiver assembly designed to be integrated in the OSIRIS fire control system produced by Sagem Défense et Sécurité for Eurocopter's Tigre close support and protection helicopter.
Each rangefinder is a sealed one-piece assembly comprising:
 a rigid supporting structure providing the mechanical and optical interface with the fire control system,
a 1.54 µm laser emitter, comprising, grouped together on the same structure, an electro-optically triggered 1.06 µm laser emitter and a converter,
a reception module associated with a timer enabling target distance calculation,
a power supply module supplying electrical power to the various sub-assemblies.
