The activity Optical Components, Thin Film Coatings and Optomechanical Systems gathers 18 people, including 10 PhDs and Engineers, specialists of Thin Film Coatings deposition under vacuum and Laser Induced Damage.

1000m² of Clean Room (Class 10000 to 100) are dedicated to this activity.

We use a wide range of technologies which allow us to target various applications in scientific, industrial, medical, military and space fields: Classical Evaporation, Assisted Evaporation, Ion Beam Assisted Deposition, Magnetron Sputtering.

Our production means are suitable for large quantities of optical components (several thousands), and automated to ensure the best reproducibility.

Optical Components Optical Components: Lenses, Mirrors, Optical Fibers, Optomechanical Systems

UV Range UV Range: Anti-Reflection coatings, Enhanced Metallic coatings.

Visible and Near-IR Range Visible and Near-IR Range: Anti-Reflection coatings, Metallic and Dielectric coatings, Absorbing coatings, partially-Reflective Coatings, Beam-splitters, Filters.

IR Range IR Range: Anti-Reflection coatings 2-5µm and 8-12µm, Metallic Mirrors, Filters.
