 Safecopter is an optronic system used as visual aid for assisting the approach and the landing of helicopter on ship-based platforms in various weather conditions, day and night, with or without NVG (night vision goggles).
This system is standardized on many frigates, destroyers, OPV's, or helicopter carriers, of many navies around the world. It has also been installed on several private megayachts and hydrographic ocean boats.
